How long have i got to return an item?

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Our returns page has full returns details:
How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) we will always contact you if we expect the delivery to take any longer and keep you updated.
How long will refunds take?

Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to reflect in your account. If you are unable to see your refund by this point please contact us and we will ensure this is resolved.
